Georgia Greer, MT-BC, NMT

Composer and Arranger

In December 2000, Georgia attended a Christmas concert at a university in Ohio, where she heard a harpist. She immediately fell in love with the beautiful sound of the instrument and a few months later began taking lessons.

Georgia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Chapman University and worked for a decade in public accounting. She always had a love of music and a desire to earn a music degree. After taking music classes at a community college in San Diego, she and Clark moved to the East Coast in 2014.

In fall 2015, Georgia went back to school full-time and received her B.S. degree in instrumental music in December 2017. Working toward her music degree not only enhanced Georgia’s abilities as a harpist, but it also gave her skills in writing and arranging music. A portion of her arrangements are located on the Digital Media page on this website.

Since starting her harp career, Georgia has studied with several renowned harpists, including individuals who have performed with the San Diego Symphony, Dayton Philharmonic, and orchestras in Virginia.

Georgia is a board-certified music therapist who specializes in working with older adults, individuals in hospice, and younger adults with developmental disabilities.

Georgia’s talents are an indispensable part of the services this firm provides its clients.
